Sales Enablement Operations Manager

About You

As a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Abnormal University’s training center in Las Vegas, NV. You are passionate about working within a high-performing Sales and Go To Market (GTM) function and are excited to join as a key member of the sales enablement team.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every aspect of our training environment, office and program is optimized and seamlessly executed; from new hire onboarding to ongoing continuous learning, maximizing the effectiveness of our sales enablement efforts.

You love working with people and being the glue that holds it all together.  You are excellent at multitasking, are self-driven, and can work both independently and with a cross-functional team in a hectic and ever-changing startup environment. You come up to speed quickly, love to learn, have a strong, collaborative, working style and impeccable attention to detail.

What you will do

Lead and manage all operations for Abnormal University’s training center in Las Vegas, NV. 

  • Work on-site, from Abnormal’s Las Vegas office 100% of the time when training programs, or company meetings, are being run or as needed.  
    • Remote work is allowed, with prior approval, on off-weeks (e.g. no training or meetings in the office).
  • Manage and maintain the enablement training calendar.
  • Manage all logistics related to monthly, in-person Sales Bootcamp including schedule, presenters, guest speakers, A/V (partnering with IT), meals, activities, etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate with facilitators and participants, to ensure clarity and alignment regarding training objectives, content development and logistics.
  • Manage and track the training T&E budget expenses, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • Coordinate meal planning and catering services for training sessions, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Organize team-building activities and networking events (as needed) to enhance the overall training experience and foster team cohesion.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training events, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders including assessments and surveys, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and track training retrospectives to continually improve the quality and efficacy of training events.
  • Own the process to create and manage scorecards to track participation and performance goals. 

Operationalize virtual sales enablement training sessions

  • Manage G-Calendar invitation(s)
  • Coordinate run of show including pre-event music, slide presentations, presenters, Q&A, surveys
  • Manage post-event production including editing Zoom links, posting on Highspot, sharing links with attendees, archiving
  • Partner with VP or Revenue operations to manage “call for topics” each quarter

Support Sales Enablement Operations

  • Develop sales enablement editorial calendar
  • Coordinate and support content governance policies

Must Haves

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing event operations, preferably sales and/or marketing events, within the Enterprise software industry.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Independently hold themselves accountable for their work outcomes and goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with program management and tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, etc…)
  • Must be located in Las Vegas, NV or the surrounding area 

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or training coordination.
  • Experience with budget management and vendor management is preferred.
  • Creative and/or design sensibilities to build content that is easy to understand and consume.

Base salary range:
$75,900$101,200 USD
