Title: Sales Enablement Lead

The Role:
The Sales Enablement Manager will manage processes, tools and reporting in order to maximize efficiency within the Sales and Marketing. They will support the company's revenue goals by collaborating across the organization, driving change management, designing and maintaining the enablement program and ensuring business strategy drives execution.

Responsibilities:
● Identify areas of improvement within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations, proposing potential solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
● Create and deliver training materials for sales, customer success and solutions engineering organizations
● Work with stakeholders - to include product management, and product marketing to conduct weekly enablement sessions for the above stakeholders
● Work with LMS systems and teams to deliver materials
● Build sales support materials intranet that serves as a one-stop-shop for selling effectively and standard operating procedures (ex: battle cards, best practices, pro tips, sales decks)
● Identify content gaps, facilitate content creation, and organize content with a content map for the company
● Ensure the materials are easy to find and navigate, used frequently and increasing key business metrics
● Lead the sales enablement programs such as on-boarding boot camp, new product training, and collaborate with PMM to facilitate regular sales enablement sessions for ongoing knowledge transfer
● Promote sales highlights outside of the sales organization so others can understand how their work impacts the success of sales
● Develop the master plan and calendar for sales enablement activities throughout the year
● Actively collaborate with marketing to understand which campaigns are working well and identify areas for improvement to improve pipeline and revenue health.
● Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, and other key partners to increase sales results and productivity
● Identify knowledge and skill gaps, proposing and facilitating programs/sessions to bridge those gaps, coordinating with internal and external contributors on enablement sessions and content delivery
● Drive with change management when new strategies, tools, and processes are implemented
● Support day-to-day inquiries from Sales, engaging cross-functionally as needed to achieve a resolution.
● Measure the impact of enablement solutions and make changes if needed

Experience Needed:
● 5-8 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role
● 2+ years' experience working with B2B sales teams pursuing six figure deals; preferably in the enterprise software space
● Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment. Experience with Target Account Selling is a plus.
● Demonstrated ability to translate product features into Vertical based Use case solution education
● Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities
● Experience crafting highly polished customer-facing sales collateral (slides, one-pagers, case studies, etc), with a portfolio ready to share
● Prior experience with LMS systems and sales enablement is required
● Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-oriented
● Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication
● Experience with Salesforce is a plus, extensive knowledge in a variety of sales tools and enablement platforms
● Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services is highly desired
