Why you will love this opportunity as Sales Enablement Business Partner at Civica

Civica has embarked on a Go-To-Market transformation to build a best-in-class commercial organisation and deliver accelerated growth as we work towards becoming the Global GovTech champion. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Business Partner.

This role, part of our Global Marketing team, will work closely with Executive Leadership and the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation to redefine sales strategies, drive execution excellence, and enhance sales performance. Your efforts will focus on accelerating time to productivity, improving overall sales output, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will oversee all aspects of sales enablement, including strategy, development, delivery, and measurement. Partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership, you'll identify business needs, bridge learning gaps, and design targeted programs to support key goals like cross-sell quotas and pipeline generation. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across the organisation—sales, product marketing, sales strategy, and people operations—to create content, training, and onboarding programs that drive sales success.

A critical aspect of your role will be developing a scalable, high-impact Sales Enablement Strategy that supports Civica's GTM transformation across all verticals. You’ll also create tailored learning pathways for the sales team, co-create sales methodologies, playbooks, and a comprehensive learning repository covering core skills and product knowledge.

This leadership role requires a strong understanding of software sales, strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and the ability to inspire and engage the sales organisation. A proven track record in successfully implementing sales enablement programs in partnership with senior leaders is essential.

  • A strong track record of delivering impactful learning outcomes across large-scale, cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and success.
  • Strategic mindset with a clear vision for Go-To-Market enablement, paired with excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship-building capabilities, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • A passion for excellence and continuous improvement, with a strong bias for action and delivering results that matter.
