As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by streamlining the sales process, ensuring effective territory management, and supporting the success of the sales team. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and collaborating closely with the President, you will oversee sales forecasting, analyze performance against targets, and develop strategies to optimize market share across our serving regions. Your leadership will ensure sales teams have the tools, training, and support they need to excel.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Forecasting: Collaborate with the President to perform sales forecasting, analyze market trends, and compare forecasts with actual performance in assigned territories.

Sales Process Optimization: Identify and reduce friction points in the sales funnel to enable a smooth, effective sales process that empowers sales teams to meet and exceed targets.

Goal Development: Work with sales leadership to establish organizational goals and drive alignment across the team.

Sales Meetings & Reporting: Facilitate biweekly sales meetings, quarterly target reviews, and performance improvement discussions. Monitor sales dashboards, partner conversions, and provide actionable feedback to ensure team alignment with targets.

Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support team members in meeting individual and group objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the Engagement Team, working closely with the Engagement Coach to monitor outbound call targets, appointment bookings, and cancellation rates.

Market Share & Growth Initiatives: Regularly assess market share with the President and CSO, propose growth ideas, and identify new market opportunities.

Sales Support & Development: Conduct feedback sessions with Sales Partners and clients. Collaborate with the Goldmine software administrator to improve efficiencies and manage training programs for new hires.

Team Coordination & Communication: Participate in daily manager huddles, weekly manager meetings, and quarterly consultant meetings to drive alignment. Lead daily and weekly sync-ups with the Sales Supervisor and Sales Administrator.
