As the Sales director of PropForce, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire launch process of PropForce, our innovative new Property developer-focused CRM platform, to the UAE market from initial planning to execution and beyond. You will leverage strategic insights, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of CRM technologies and real estate industry dynamics. You will drive the adoption of PropForce, enhance customer relationship management capabilities, and ultimately contribute to Dubizzle Group's growth and leadership in the real estate technology sector.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and Execute Launch Strategy: Create a comprehensive launch strategy for PropForce tailored to the UAE market, encompassing positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities;
- Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Engage with key internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product development, and senior management to align on launch objectives, timelines, and expectations;
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and prioritise target customer segments within the property developer market in the UAE, crafting tailored value propositions and outreach strategies;
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for PropForce, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress through effective CRM utilisation;
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, events, partnerships, and direct outreach, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for PropForce;
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key property developers and decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact during the sales process and beyond;
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the PropForce launch and ongoing sales efforts, providing regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders;
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, integrating findings into sales strategies and product development.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in a similar role with minimum 4 years of experience selling a SaaS product
- UAE Real Estate experience is extremely beneficial.
- Deep understanding of the CRM landscape, specifically within the UAE;
- Market knowledge of the UAE property developer industry.
- Strategic thinking skills;
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans;

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
