Why You’ll Love This Opportunity as Sales Director at Civica 

As the Sales Director for cloud-based Transport & fleet management solutions you will be responsible for the go to market strategy and road map of the sales team. We're looking for a Sales leader who inspires and coaches the team to exceed high standards, challenging them to grow their network, pipeline and sales. Your team's success is your success.  

  • Owns their target - Takes full ownership for achieving personal/team target. Is planned, rigorous and agile, shapes the task and makes it happen. 
  • Experience of working within fleet management software/telematics sector 
  • Experience of leading a sales team
