About the Role:

This isn’t just any SDR position—it’s a pivotal, first-of-its-kind role that will be a game-changer for both you and the company. Based out of our HQ in Redwood Shores, you’ll be sitting close to your executive team, including the Head of Sales Development, VP of Sales, CEO, and VP of Marketing. This proximity gives you direct access to leadership and mentorship, providing a potential launching pad for your career. As the first SDR at Zilliz, you’ll help build the future of sales outreach at Zilliz. We’re looking for people with a voice who are willing to speak it. This is an opportunity for builders, breakers, and thinkers—those who aren’t afraid to innovate, fail fast, and grow. You will be expected to be working in the office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

What you will do:

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Zilliz through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities
  • Experiment and innovate with new outreach techniques, leveraging AI and a modern tool stack like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Common Room.
  • Collaborate with the executive team—you’ll work closely with leadership, including the CEO, VP of Sales, and VP of Marketing.
  • Lead and inspire—help shape the SDR strategy for future hires while being a hands-on contributor.

Compensation Range
$83,000$115,000 USD
