Main responsibilities:

— Upwork/Jobboards job posts scoring;
— BIDs submition;
— New warm marketplaces adoption and processing;
— Lead management in CRM;
— Lead follow-ups, nurturing and calls set up once became an MQL;
— Reporting (conversion metrics gathering) for continious retrospective analysis and performance enhacement.
