Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in initiating the sales cycle and laying the foundation for strong customer relationships. They excel in identifying opportunities and effectively communicating our value, positioning Whatagraph as a trusted partner in digital marketing.
As an SDR, your main goal is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You'll spend your time researching, prospecting, and connecting with digital marketing professionals through calls, emails, and social media. Your goal is to uncover business needs that align with Whatagraph solution, ultimately scheduling qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (AEs).
Your ultimate goal is to schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives by:
Research and Prospecting: Continuously research and identify potential customers (leads) through various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
Engage and Qualify Prospects: Communicate with digital marketing professionals through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media
Pipeline and CRM Management: Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects. Accurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and enable effective follow-up.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and optimize the lead generation process.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the success of campaigns to help refine targeting and messaging.
1+ years in B2B or B2C sales, with experience in cold calling.
A coachable, positive attitude with strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
High level of resilience and perseverance in a target-driven environment.

A gross salary: Average OTE €3,350 gross/month.
