Sales Development Representative

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
  • Ability to listen and communicate in US/UK accent.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquettes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.

 

  • 1 - 3 years' recent SDR experience within a relevant sector
  • Past IT industry/SaaS industry experience
  • Experience in building customer relationships and technical knowledge within B2B industries
  • SAP technical language and seniority
  • You have a passion for selling, educating clients, and building trust with all your customers or prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business level English is a must)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a drive to learn new skills
  • Contract location is Mumbai, India
  • Hybrid working arrangement
