Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

A Day in the Life as an SDR at Brevium
- Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily
- Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline
- Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and setting quality meetings
- Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively
- Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge
- Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from “oops moments” to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals
Success Metrics

Month 1: Achieve 2 demos and engage with 10 providers

Month 2: Achieve 5 demos and engage with 25 providers

Month 3: Achieve 7 demos and engage with 60 providers
What We’re Looking For
- 0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
- CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- Candidates with experience in summer sales or young recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply
- A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional
- Persistence
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
