Compensation: 45k base salary + Commission. Average 81k per year

About the Role:

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for generating leads and vetting customers for the sales team. SDRs initiate the first outreach with customers. Our SDRs play a key role in driving leads for our Sales team and overall revenue for the business.

SDRs focus on industry verticals and complete discovery calls with customers. SDRs must understand each customer's unique pain points to determine which of our software will fit their business well.

This role is based out of our Provo, Utah. No remote work is available for this role.

What You Will Do 

  • Qualify and develop leads for Rain Retail products
  • Cold call customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Raise awareness to customers on the upside of industry specific POS software
  • Schedule product demos between Account Executives and customers 
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with potential customers in SalesForce.com
