Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products
Identify the customer's business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasy's service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers' issues
Schedule visits to be conducted by Sales Executive (SE) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC).
Assist SE in the deal closure and installation process by coordination with SE (prepare and send sales quotations, contracts, etc., also follow up customers until deal closure).
Conduct lead canvassing through website searching.
Update customer activities and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, IT or related field
Up to 2 years of experiences in Sales Development
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Result and sales oriented
In-depth understanding of sales development strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM tools for input & checking data, also analyzing the data
Proficient skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
