Sales Development Representative

Overview:  
Sky2C is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) in sales development or lead generation. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying leads in the US/India/MENA market, driving outreach efforts, and supporting business growth through proactive engagement.

Requirements:  

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales development or lead generation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Zoominfo.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Exposure to the US/India/MENA market is a strong advantage, ability to manage time effectively while working in US/India/MENA time zones.
  • Willingness to learn about the logistics and 3PL industry.

Responsibilities:  

  • Research and identify potential clients in the US/India/MENA market using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other tools.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to spark interest in Sky2C’s freight forwarding and 3PL services.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation progress, challenges, and successes.


Job Details:  

  • Job Type: Onsite, Mumbai
  • Budget: 8 to 10 LPA (Including Incentives)
  • Working Hours: US Timezone (EST or PST)


Interview Process:

  1. First Interview: Interaction with the hiring team to evaluate skills and experience.
  2. Assignment: Complete a case study or task to demonstrate analytical abilities.
  3. Final Interview: Discussion with senior leadership.
