THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our Sales-Development department is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales teams.

Our SDR team EMEA consists of a Global SDR leader located in France and SDR representatives in the the 3 EMEA regions : South EMEA, DACH and UK/Nordics. 

ROLE: 

To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for a top-notch Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a part of a fast-growing marketing and sales environment. As an Ivalua SDR, you will be partnering with the Middle East & Africa sales team to introduce them to decision-makers in their targeted accounts.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline for Ivalua Account Executives.
  • Actively identify bids and RFPs that are a fit for Ivalua's software solutions.
  • Proactively nurture early-stage opportunities by providing valuable content.
  • Present a compelling and clear case for the Ivalua platform with the appropriate decision makers.
  • Attend events when required.
  • Become an Ivalua subject-matter expert through continued learning and development.
  • Understand our solutions and competitive positioning within the market.
  • Develop an active and professional presence on LinkedIn and professional networks to connect and engage with prospective customers.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development environment
  • Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers, utilizing a multi-approach prospecting methodology – outbound calling, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn/social connections
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant  
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievement of quotas and sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Domain experience in Procurement or Finance/Supply-chain a big plus

Soft Skills :

  • Language proficiency: Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic (Middle east)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Understands a sense of urgency in supporting a sales organization
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
