Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for the products/services we offer.
  • Outbound Outreach: Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and share insights about customer needs and pain points.
  • Follow-ups: Execute follow-up strategies with leads who are not yet ready to make a purchasing decision.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (prior experience in an SDR role is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and demonstrate a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
