The Challenge Ahead

CloudTalk is strategically expanding its presence in Tier 1 markets, with a primary focus on accelerating growth in the US. Currently, 20% of our company's ARR is derived from the US region, and we're poised to significantly increase this share.


To achieve this goal, we're assembling a high-impact team in Toronto dedicated to tapping into the US market's potential.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our rapidly growing environment, you'll play a pivotal role. Collaborating with our international team of 40 sales professionals located across Europe and the Americas, your primary responsibility will be connecting with clients in the US region and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.

You'll be at the forefront of our growth engine, serving as the initial point of contact for inbound prospects. Your mission? Make an indelible first impression and forge meaningful relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution can address their challenges.

What you will work on:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads in the DACH region.
  • Drive a consultative sales process, guiding prospects towards solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Educate potential customers on the value proposition of CloudTalk's solution.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team once leads reach a qualified stage.
  • Efficiently capture and manage lead information using our HubSpot CRM system.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Software industry
  • Proactive approach and self-starting attitude ensuring timely outreach to potential clients, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs
  • A keen understanding of customer needs, adept at presenting solutions that effectively address their challenges.
  • Active listening and empathy, fostering trust and rapport with customers to facilitate successful sales interactions.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, accustomed to delivering results efficiently even under pressure
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish or French
