Loopio is growing its sales team! We’re looking for a hard-working, competitive, and self-motivated individual who is passionate and wants to grow their career in Sales. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for responding to all inbound prospect requests in a timely manner and play a crucial role in filling our sales funnel.
You love being organized and understand the importance of moving quickly when responding to incoming prospect requests. You know how to get key people excited about the Loopio Platform but also recognize the importance of proper qualification. This is a unique opportunity to be on the front lines at a fast-growing organization where you will have a direct impact on the evolution of the Loopio’s sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Play a pivotal role in setting up our Sales & Marketing team for success!
- Engage with prospects that sign up for a demo, request a call, or download content through the Loopio website
- Become a Loopio expert and answer any questions prospects may have about the product
- Qualify sales leads by conducting discovery calls with prospects
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives to demo Loopio
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize internal sales processes
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve our inbound sales strategy
- Follow up and nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with Account Executives
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 1 year of professional working experience
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in SaaS sales
- Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about the Loopio platform
- Qualify sales leads by conducting high level conversations with executives
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Work internally with Account Executives to ensure proper quality and quantity of Loopio demonstrations
- Self-aware individual who is eager to contribute feedback and ideas
- Naturally curious; you love learning and improving yourself
- Salesforce (CRM) experience a plus!
Where You’ll Work
- We are currently only looking for candidates who reside in the Greater Toronto Area and can access our co-working space in Downtown Toronto for the occasional Sales Team get-together.
- Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
- Loopio has two flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the flexibility of working out of our convenient coworking space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work from our co-working office in Gastown Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
- You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
