Sales Development Representative (HubSpot Expertise Required)

TPAPT, a national nonprofit association of over 12,000 locally owned and operated tutoring and college advising programs, is seeking an experienced sales lead to join our team.

We're looking for a high-energy HubSpot expert who can own their pipeline and fill it as well. A normal day would involve prospecting, scheduling , and consulting to families interested in supplemental educational services such as Private Tutoring, College Readiness, and Executive Function Coaching.

As our sales lead, you will be a key member of the team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Ultimately, your work will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver on the promise of student success.

Responsibilities

  • Execute client outreach strategies to achieve enrollment goals
  • Sell and support highly personalized tutoring programs via inbound and outbound activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage the client workflow from inquiry to closing enrollment
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative selling in the education industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
