Helios Service Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing and top-performing vendor management team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls, seeking out potential HVAC contractor prospects, and qualifying leads to grow our National vendor base in service our commercial clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has ambitions to grow into a sales or management role.

Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 up to $60,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
