About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Lead Generation Rep with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be doing the initial outreach with prospective customers, responsible for researching, contacting, and qualifying leads via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Your primary focus will be to drive the early stages of the sales funnel, setting the foundation for successful customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research outbound leads using databases, online research tools, and other resources.
  • Engage leads through automated and customized outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads by analyzing and evaluating their details, and help standardize qualification criteria over time.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across outreach campaigns.
  • Manage and organize sales data by inputting into databases, ensuring accuracy, and creating reports.
  • Conduct market research to better understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Execute direct messaging (DM) outreach to every follower using pre-defined templates.
  • Conduct cold email outreach, working with pre-set sequences to engage and qualify leads.
  • Analyze and evaluate lead details to qualify prospects and develop standardized qualification criteria.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development, plus 1-2 years in sales lead generation.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong internet connection for video calls, along with a reliable working computer.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a solid understanding of idiomatic expressions (to be assessed via written, phone, and video tests).
