🎯 Your mission :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission will be to source and generate maximum sales opportunities for the Sales team by qualifying prospects that fit Agicap's target criteria.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and contacting key stakeholders remotely to gather relevant information via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Autonomously reaching out and calling prospects, demonstrating creativity or utilizing marketing-provided lists
• Building a strong network of ambassadors to facilitate access to the right contacts
• Understanding and identifying cash flow challenges of prospects (CEOs, CFOs of SMEs)
• Engaging in dialogue to uncover and identify their primary pain points
• Analyzing prospect needs to develop concrete use cases for the solution
• Generating qualified appointments (software demonstrations over the phone) for Account Executives
• Monitoring and reporting your performance through weekly reports
• Providing feedback to the team to enhance processes and the product
• Sharing your sales expertise and ideas to improve team performance.

⭐️ What we are looking for :

  • Having a first experience in sales and deep knowledge of an industry sector are a plus.
  • A competitive personality with a drive to break new ground!
  • A taste for sales and a true hunter temperament (not a farmer or account manager).
  • You're not afraid of the phone (50-80 calls/day) and can open closed doors.
  • A resilient and determined salesperson, driven by results.
  • You can put yourself in the shoes of executives and anticipate their potential cash flow needs.
  • You're curious and analytical.
  • You're ambitious and eager to exceed your goals
  • You have a strong business sense and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have a team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
  • You are a native speaker in french and fluent in english.

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?

Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of
First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
A role play or case study with the respective department
Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
