Key Responsibilities:
- proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, Linkedin and industry website
- qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives
- maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (HubSpot)
- respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactions
- advise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies
- provide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales process
- stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry
- ability to manage time effectively, and meet targets
- strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach
- a collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- enthusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeed
- fluency in English (min. C1)
- enthusiasm for selling
Nice-to-have experience:
- command of Polish
- experience with CRM (HubSpot)
Salary range:
- Contract of employment: 5 000 – 6 000 PLN gross/month + 3 500 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals
