About the Position
As an Sales Development Representative at KOMOJU, you will be a vital part of our sales, go-to-market team, responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, and ultimately converting them into satisfied clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the payment solutions industry.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their business needs and requirements
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing and demand generation leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and potential clients.
- Partner with Account Executives and Pre-sales to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts
- Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity
- Keep accurate records of lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience as inside sales or sales development preferably in technology & services
- Passion - Have a strong work ethic with a drive to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Communication - strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person as well as online meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Business Fluency in Japanese
