Assembled is building software to transform and elevate customer support teams, which often represent 20-50% of the people at a company. Our workforce management platform helps some of the fastest-growing, most innovative companies in the world—including Stripe, Etsy, and Robinhood—to schedule, forecast, and organize their support teams. We’ve raised $70m in funding from the likes of NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe itself. You’ll be joining a special group of people who learned the ropes at companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, Twitter, Airbnb, Looker, NEA, Bain, and more.
We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to help build, scale, and optimize our Sales Development program at Assembled. As an SDR Manager you will be an integral part of the Revenue leadership team at Assembled and will play a key role in helping us develop a world class sales organization.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of SDR’s, the strategy and operations of our outbound & inbound sales motions, and the data expert on our sales development team. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to achieve growth targets.
Ideally, you’re a multi-sport revenue athlete that knows how to lead, train, teach, write, and strategize. In other words, this is not your typical SDR management role. We’re especially interested in the person who embodies heart, emotional intelligence, and mentorship while also staying focused on performance, results, and winning!
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office Monday-Thursday.
In general, we're looking for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and doing what it takes to help us grow the business. More specifically, this means:
Team Leadership
Process Optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
The estimated on target earnings for this role are $160,000-$180,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
