Trans Lease is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team that will bring a proactive approach to problem solving with them. In this role, you will be managing multiple projects to support our Sales Department while ensuring strict deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, advanced organizational skills and be able to effectively communicate with all Trans Lease departments, customers, and vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate deal closing across multiple Trans Lease sales regions.
  • Make appropriate modifications to customer agreements.
  • Coordinate regional sales operations to efficiently support the sales and marketing departments.
  • Assist in development, implementation, and continuous improvement within a specified geographic region to achieve sales revenue targets and future growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management, Sales & Marketing Directors, Technical Support, and Operations to identify opportunities to streamline processes and measure results.
  • Maintain the CRM system and provide support for sales, marketing, & customer service.
  • Build a collaborative environment by emphasizing teamwork.
  • Suggest changes and updates to the sales support strategies as they apply to each Business Development Manager.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Normal range of hearing and vision

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License with good standing MVR
  • Strong communication skills and comfort handling customer challenges over the phone
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong excel skills and proficient with all Microsoft applications
  • Titling experience and knowledge

  • Compensation Range: $55,000 - $75,000
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes
  • Reports To: Sales Support Manager
