Sales Coordinator

• In charge of the tender management by defining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts
• Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
• Handle customers' enquiries and requests from different channels
• Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Bachelor degree with 1 - 2 years relevant experience
• Solid experience on tender management/ quotation/ customer care/ business development field would be an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, outgoing, energetic
• Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
