Spanx is searching for a dynamic, motivated Sales Coordinator to help our organization achieve long-term sustainable growth on the domestic wholesale team. The Sales Coordinator at Spanx supports sales managers in day-to -day tasks and communications relating to customer accounts with a focus on building relationships with customers and cross functional teams. As a member of the domestic wholesale team you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports into National Accounts Manager.

You’ll love it because you will…

  • Establish self as a purpose-driven brand representative and maintain a clear understanding of all product features and benefits
  • Support in managing relationships with our North America regional showroom sales representatives
  • Build customer relationships having day-to-day communication with accounts and joining customer calls as needed
  • Manage customer order review, acceptance and entry daily using Blue Cherry and NuOrder systems
  • Provide product set up information including care/content, country of origin, UPCs, etc. to customers
  • Distribute all marketing and sales collateral to sales reps/customers, including managing sample needs
  • Maintain customer assortment grids and price lists
  • Support customer meetings and Market Week coordination; including room setup, sample preparation, selling presentations and tools, as well as execution of day-of needs
  • Assist with customer analysis as needed; including, collating and organizing selling reports, web audits, pricing and assortment analyses

We require…

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or buying or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Ability to coordinate and to have direct responsibility over a specific set of tasks related to sample management, copy and imagery, and sales reporting s
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and build relationships across teams
  • Self-motivation, organization, and initiative to support team and companywide priorities
  • Interest in fashion and/or business
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and provide solutions
  • Acknowledgement of curiosity and collaboration within the workplace
  • A desire to learn, contribute, and evolve on all levels
