Policies and Procedures
▪ Support to implement Continental's Internal Rules including corporate and divisional/BU policies, guidelines, procedures.
▪ Support establishment of solid internal processes
Planning and budgeting
▪ Preparation of yearly Budget in line with strategic plan with regards to sales volumes, P&L, Working Capital, Invest, Assets, Cash Flow and Personnel
▪ Identify and suggest potential areas for cost savings and process improvements to Market controller
Forecasting & Reporting
▪ Preparation of monthly forecast including deviation analysis with regards to sales volumes, P&L, Working Capital, Invest, Assets, Cash Flow and Personnel
▪ Execute month-end closing and report to Market controller
▪ Prepare equalization and MTP setting and report
Others
▪ Support the contract related issues (e.g shared service contract, dealer contract, other contract with external parties)
▪ Manage Controlling system(e.g MARKIS, SAP,COSIMO,FIRE) and master file in cooperation with CKU
▪ Cooperate with Continental Korea country functions when necessary
▪ University degree in Finance, Economy, Business
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling
▪ Experienced in monthly P&L reporting and sales/margin analysis
▪ Proficiency in English
