What does the job involve?
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from various sources, such as web, phone and email. You will conduct initial discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and showcase how Smartly helps them overcome their challenges. You will perform software demonstrations and close deals with smaller companies. Additionally, you’ll engage in proactive outreach to existing customers to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Growth Teams to optimise lead generation and customer acquisition.
