Offshore Sales Compensation Analyst Job Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CRO sales commissions payout in accordance with Bottomline’s monthly/quarterly cadence.

Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CCO variable compensation payout in accordance with Bottomline’s monthly/quarterly cadence.

Maintain CRO and CCO Org Structure noting new hires, promotions, and terminations.

Track and maintain OTC, Quota, and rate data.

Develop, publish, maintain, and update reporting and analysis for CRO sales commission and CCO variable compensation.

Ad Hoc projects, analysis, and requests, as needed.

Work cross-functionally with FPA to build and model the FY compensation budget.

Specifically responsible for:

Calculating commissions for the following CRO and CCO compensation plans:

Monthly Core Business metrics and commissions calcs for all QCR roles
-
Monthly/quarterly metrics and commissions calcs for all Overlay roles (RMs, AMs, SCs, SDRs)
-
Monthly/quarter metrics commissions calcs for all Leadership roles (Sales Leaders, CRO Direct Reports, CRO)
-
Monthly/quarter bookings and metrics commissions calcs for all CCO roles

Compiling and submitting payroll file
-
Creating and updating commission reporting via Excel and PowerBI Dashboards
Requirements:
-
4+ years of experience in Sales Commissions, Finance, or accounting.

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.

Very strong data and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills.

Experience with Compensation Tool (i.e. Xactly) is highly preferred.

Experience with CRM/HRIS systems is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.
