The Role
This role is an integral part of the Sales Finance team, and is a critical cross-functional partner in the commissions process. You will collaborate with key business partners to implement our global incentive compensation program to support financial analysis, accounting and operational needs. You’ll be a key player in owning the end-to-end commission process to ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate has excellent operational skills and commercial awareness, strong collaborative abilities, and a track record of success in complex and ambiguous environments. Core Responsibilities
- Review and maintain relevant data required to calculate commissions (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives, etc.) in our compensation system.
- Identify and troubleshoot system and data variances and provide resolutions.
- Respond to commissions and bonus inquiries that include conducting research and preparing commission-related adjustments.
- Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for consumption by business partners in sales, sales finance, accounting and other areas of the business.
- Perform in-depth analysis on compensation data sets to surface information critical for the business to make informed decisions.
- Assist in implementation and administration of compensation plans, policies, and programs.

What We Require
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations in a fast-paced or dynamic environment. Knowledge of Sales Compensation, FP&A and/or Finance operations preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to spend 3 - 4 days per week in-office.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $151,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
