Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist with daily sales operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and managing sales calendars.
- Client Communication: Act as the liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate sales databases, using Excel to track performance and generate reports.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor ongoing negotiations and contracts, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver professional sales reports and commercial proposals on time.
