Responsibilities:
- Handle calls through a blended call queue working customers through the sales cycle.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Recommend solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
- Accurately take and process orders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
- Dynamic personality with high energy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
