The Sales Campaign Manager drives sales performance globally by launching and implementing tools, incentives and customer sales programmes that will support the regions in achieving their objectives. The Sales Campaign Manager will support the Commercial team in maximising sales channel performance and improving the sales funnel conversion through on-going monitoring, reporting and analysis. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales strategies are competitive and measurable, ultimately maximizing sales volume and profitability.  

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution; develop and implement tactical sales campaigns and customer offers that align with global and regional sales objectives. Monitor ongoing campaign performance
  • Performance Measurement; analysis of sales KPIs, highlighting key market trends and campaign performance metrics. Implement digital tools for tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Adapt campaign strategies based on regional feedback and data analysis to enhance market responsiveness
  • Digital and IT Integration; develop sales systems and tracking tools, ensure the digital dashboard provides comprehensive and actionable insights
  • Fleet Sales, Demo and Internal Sales Channel Management
  • Support with the launch of commercial programmes to the regional teams
  • Create a best-in-class sales journey

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within the automotive industry with both Sales and Retail Network is essential
  • A good understanding of KPIs that drive sales performance
  • Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
  • Global role, must be able to travel
