As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Tellent you are at the frontline of identifying and developing potential opportunities and laying the foundation for a long-term commercial relationship.
About The Team
Together with 3 other BDR’s you will form the BDR team. You are part of the sales team which consists of 4 AE’s. As a sales team you will cover de Benelux territory and its mission to generate the right leads and convert these into long lasting customers.
The 12 Month Journey
The first 3 months: You will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own within your first month. A coaching cadence will be organized to set you up for success.
Within 6 months: You are fully ramped-up and deliver high quality leads to our team of Account Executives. Together with the GTM organization you will engage in the campaign strategies that lead to achieving our revenue goals.
After 1 year: You will have the opportunity to continue developing yourself within your role and within the organization.
What you’ll be doing
Prospect and develop new potential opportunities via phone, mail, social selling and other always innovating outbound techniques.
Understand and map the right prospects, identify key stakeholders and decision makers in your outreach campaigns.
Qualify the opportunity during discovery calls, applying the SPICED methodology.
Collaborate effectively with the entire Benelux go-to-market organization. You are an integral part of this team and a contributor to the success of our regional campaigns.
