As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your sales skills and advance your career in sales management.
What you’ll be doing
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and build long-lasting relationships.
Proactively engage with potential leads through various channels, including email, phone, text, and social media, in both Hungarian and English.
Collaborate with sales managers and senior sales managers to implement sales processes and initiatives.
Maintain a CRM database, tracking interactions with clients and monitoring the sales pipeline.
Respond to customer inquiries, address and resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the negotiation process.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as needed.
Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to meet individual sales targets.
1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Fluency in both Hungarian and English is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong motivation, drive, and resilience.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Proactive, "hunter" sales mentality with a willingness to engage and meet potential partners
