About the Team
Sales is where it’s at. They’re the team that delivers. Every time. Their purpose is to solve the business problems and alleviate pain points of SME and Enterprise businesses. This is the frontline team that truly has an impact on our customers, daily. 

About the Role
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving revenue growth by bringing new Enterprise customers to MYOB. You’ll join a dynamic and innovative sales team dedicated to showcasing how MYOB can solve business challenges and deliver value for our customers. By following the MYOB Sales process, you’ll work to exceed sales targets, improve conversion rates, and streamline the sales cycle.

What will keep you busy...

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by delivering customer value and driving new business growth
  • Develop and maintain a Territory Management Plan to focus efforts and maximise results
  • Proactively manage your sales pipeline with effective planning, forecasting, and gap-filling strategies
  • Build and nurture new business networks for lead generation, including using leads from the demand generation team
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, from qualification to closing, using a value-based approach
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate customer value, supported by Sales Enablement tools
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with product, competitor, and industry knowledge

What we'd love to see from you...

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or account management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and knowledge of MYOB Enterprise products is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organised, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Skilled in sales techniques such as rapport building, needs analysis, objection handling, and negotiation
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to prioritise work and deliver results independently
