SUMMARY: Data centre services – responsible for selling new colocation services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Engage with potential clients to understand their data center requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
•Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our data center services to prospective clients.
•Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
•Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
•Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our data center capabilities.
•Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
•Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and implement sales strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
•Previous experience in sales, preferably within the data center or IT industry.
•Strong understanding of data center technologies, services, and infrastructure.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
•Minimum of 5 years' experience selling Data Center services.
