Sales Associate reporting to the Head Sales Team, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of our institutional partners by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance.
- Go-to Person for client enquiries in the day-to-day business ensuring high quality assistance to our clients and sales administration.
- Provide full support to all Sales team members to ensure good internal service level and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribute to improve systems and tools in internal project boards.
- Other administration/support tasks as assignment from Department Heads.
- Proactively suggesting new ideas on way to improve our business objectives and processes.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar fields; or equivalent work experience.
- 3 – 5 years of private banking/private wealth management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and the Wealth Management space.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, including as mandatory English and Mandarin - Chinese.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
