City Wide Facility Solutions Houston West is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales team, the Sales Associate will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team and cover a broad territory that includes Bellaire, Cypress, Houston, Katy, Missouri City, Stafford, Sugar Land, and surrounding communities. This role requires exceptional listening and questioning skills, a passion for finding and closing new business, and the ability to sell value over price. The ideal candidate will excel in developing long-lasting customer relationships and contributing to our company’s growth
Compensation $48,000 - $52,000 base pay annually or DOE
In this role, you will:
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $2500 sales per month.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, develop an understanding of account requirements, and prepare initial presentations.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
- Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that develops rapport with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or comparable discipline.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, highly detail oriented (ability to follow-up).
- “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or comparable discipline.
- 1+ years' history working in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success.
- Experience developing a sales territory.
- Prior sales training completion, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
