In this job you will focus on better enabling the commercial teams by taking ownership of common tasks including but not limited to analysing industry trends and supporting commercial activities preparation and planning.
Support commercial teams in their commercial efforts, simplifying common team activities, including:
- Monitoring the main digital transformation trends and current affairs of Devoteam’s main customers.
- Analyse and summarise reports and accounts from main clients.
- Identify, filter and segment potential customers according to the Devoteam offer.
- Support preparation for events (NPS, listing and management of invitations and confirmations) as well as the review and allocation of commercial leads generated by the same events.
- Support contract management, namely ensuring that teams are timely providing purchase orders, issuing invoices, meeting payment deadlines and monitoring commercial impacts.
- Manage Sales Team activity plan.
- Degree in Business or similar;
- Proactivity and solution-driven approach;
- Organised nature with the ability to prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel;
