Killing Kittens is seeking a talented and experienced sales &marketing manager to lead the launch of this new project. We are seeking a hands-on and proactive person to help us grow our this project. You will launch our brand in the UK and then globally. You will refine and execute GTM strategy with the main objective of generating building a sales network and selling cabins.

We're a small, lean team so if a conventional 9 - 5 role where you can hide behind other team members is for you, then this role isn't.

Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the cruise business segment.

2. Manage and motivate external sales agents, providing necessary support and resources to achieve sales targets.

3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive sales opportunities.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales efforts.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cruise offerings.

6. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

**Required Skills:**

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the cruise industry.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage external sales agents and collaborate cross-functionally.

3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Sales Teams**

1. **Commission Structure:** Provide a competitive commission structure based on sales performance, with higher rates for exceeding targets.

3. Hands on with incredible attention to detail and be able to work under a lot of pressure.

4. Above all, extraordinary organisational skills and sense of humour is a must.

  • Salary, in line with experience we can look at day rate or fixed retainer as this is a part time freelance role - happy to discuss and pay market rates with bonus and basic pay structure.
