We have an unrivalled offering of products, a respected brand, and a successful sales and marketing team! It’s within our Marketing team at Marshalls Landscaping Products that we’re recruiting for a dynamic and organised Sales and Marketing Administrator.

You’ll need a knack for juggling multiple tasks, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for problem-solving. Your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with our installer network and internal sales and marketing teams!

What’s the mission?
Imagine being the driving force behind our accredited installer program and wider installer segment. As our Sales and Marketing Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for everything from on-boarding members, to enhancing and monitoring engagement and executing effective communication strategies.

You'll work closely with our Marketing communications team to support sales and action-targeted customer growth plans for the installer audience. You'll dive into the world of loyalty rewards, ensuring seamless administration and managing member benefits, including fees collection, public liability and hard landscape guarantee documentation management, and opening and closing member accounts.

From data entry to report generation and CRM management, you'll handle administrative tasks with ease. You'll support marketing and sales to track ROI and engagement insights and data and produce reports. You’ll also work with third-party agencies on the fulfilment of agreed member benefits and campaigns.

Supporting events and exhibitions delivery will be your forte, creating unforgettable experiences for our installer customers. You'll champion our brand, showcasing why Marshalls is the go-to choice for installers. You'll assist with the development and execution of effective communication to all installers, Marshalls members and non-members, including support with launching new products and tactical marketing communications for existing products.

You'll stay ahead of the competition by monitoring industry trends and competitor activity. You'll support the digital team with installer search functions, display listings and ongoing online content management, where applicable (including social media and content marketing, Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimisation).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong administrative experience or skills
  • A passion for organisation and efficiency
  • Great time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint  
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for problem-solving
  • A positive and can-do attitude

 
Bonus points if you have:

  • Marketing qualification (CRM or Degree Level)
  • Examples of delivering on projects
  • Successful development and implementation of process management
  • Experience with customer loyalty programmes
