Who You Are:

You are a cosmetic industry leader who is exhilarated by the opportunity to build the Supergoop! brand and service prestigious accounts within the NYC metro market. In this role you will use your strong sales and relationship building skills to drive retail through in person support, selling and coordinating successful events, and expanding brand awareness. You will report directly to the Sales and Education Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Train and motivate merchandising partners store staff to sell Supergoop!
  • Build strong relationships within store staff and retail management
  • Identify and quickly report inventory, staffing, branding, or merchandising needs
  • Maintain Supergoop! image and highest possible standards by adhering to merchandising
    guidelines
  • Work with leadership to identify market trends and opportunities and operate accordingly to
    ensure market growth
  • Develop and maintain an organized system that ensures appropriate levels testers, gratis, and
    training materials
  • Report on brand/ product performance
  • Execute and follow up on Supergoop! in-store initiatives

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1-2 years prior experience as a Market Coordinator or in the Beauty Sales & Education sphere
  • Experience with, and understanding of our merchandiser’s business (Sephora, Ulta, etc) is
    essential
  • Demonstration of creative and active problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
  • A passion for selling and exceeding goals and expectations
  • Willingness to spend up to 100% of the time in-store
  • Proficient computer knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Google and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work out of home office on occasion
  • Willing and able to travel overnight
  • Ability to travel with the NYC metro area
  • Fluency in social media and virtual programs 

 

Salary: $65,000
