The role of Sales Agent
This is a very exciting and challenging role, as you will be joining the growing team tasked with leading the future growth of ekar. Customers can subscribe to a car through the ekar app on a monthly basis, with free delivery and pickup.
The Sales Coordinator will work with local stakeholders; such as operations, marketing, customer service, and finance to convert the leads generated through marketing initiatives. You will also be tasked with managing the relationship with our car rental partners to ensure they are following proper processes and procedures, negotiating competitive pricing, and dealing with issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and vendor relationships.
- Constantly seeking out opportunities to grow the Subscription program customers organically and plan strategies to retain the customers.
- Enhancing and building strong relationship with the internal and external stakeholders from different departments; maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and teams
- Hit the monthly/annual target numbers and ensure all forecasting, budgeting and planning is delivering on our objectives.
- Develop effective account management and subscription renewal plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various departments - determine eligibility, assess needs and administer procedures, respond to different inquiries and provide information, facilitate and document changes based on the knowledge and understanding of related procedures.
Qualifications / Experience
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in the car rental industry and sales calling is preferred.
- Strong collaborative and customer focused skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Show flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of the importance of policies and procedures
