About the role:

Are you highly organised and enjoy solving problems leaving a lasting impression? Do you like hitting  deadlines and chasing actions down? Do you want to be part of a growing team, working in an  industry leading business?

As a sales and aftersales administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the team of eCommerce Sales consultants fulfilling customer orders. You will work closely with our dealer partners to facilitate the smooth handling of customer orders and support the aftersales team to identify, rectify and resolve customer issues following a sale.

You will work closely with other members of the sales and aftersales team, and will report directly to  the Customer Support Team Lead and eCommerce Sales Manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Dealers: You’ll be working closely with our dealer partners to ensure a smooth process from a sale being confirmed to a customer receiving their new car at home. Any aftersales issues may require collaboration with our dealer partners to ensure our customers get a great service and that any issues reach a smooth resolution
  • Logistics: You’ll be arranging and co-ordinating deliveries between our transport partners, dealer partners and customers
  • Quality control: Ensure that dealers are preparing vehicles to standards required in our T&Cs working with our partners to accept vehicles ahead of delivery
  • Administration: You will be accurately processing invoices for products sold and chasing invoices in a timely manner to meet customer expectations. You will be making sure warranties have been activated for customers. General administration duties will include processing offers and supporting the teams when needed
  • Aftersales: You will be responsible for supporting the aftersales team with overflow of tickets and helping customers with vehicle issues. Ensuring Warranty tickets are up to date and processing any promotional offer tickets
  • Customers: You’ll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers, and you will be supporting them with arranging the delivery of their new car. As part of the aftersale process, any issues that may arise will require listening and responding to their requests or issues to  leave a smile on their face wherever possible
  • Teamwork: Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload. To role up your sleeves and have an ‘all hands on deck’ approach. You’ll be working closely with a team of sales and aftersales consultants to achieve our targets and SLAs. So enjoying the hustle of a busy sales environment is key

What you’ll need:

  • Process driven: You are process driven, organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience: You have a proven track record in a sales environment. Automotive experience is desired
  • Energy and drive: You’re a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about sales, and will always go the extra mile to close a sale
  • Flexible: You’re happy to help test new processes, while being open to feedback and new ways of doing things
  • Team player: You have the vulnerability to know that you don't know everything, and the humility to ask for help from those around you. You want to be part of a wider team that celebrates success together

What we’ll give you:

  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + performance based bonus
  • Holidays: We want you to relax, you’ll have 28 days off (plus bank holidays) throughout the year. We also give you an extra day off to enjoy your birthday!
