The candidate will have to lead the Sales Administration team (2 staff) including the following tasks:
- Set target, monitor performance and support their individual development
- Find ways to improve job efficiency and reporting: main target is debts recovery + improve collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Logistic , SQA) and other EU entities (HQ F&A, manufacturing plants ...).
- Internal reporting / meeting with customer
- Ensure consistent and reliable invoicing process (EDI/Manual/SBI)
- Support the team for daily operation if and when needed including but no limited to:
Bac + 2 (DUT/BTS) Action commerciale/Gestion des entreprises or equivalent
Already 7~10 years experience in Sales Administration, ideally in automotive company + first management experience mandatory.
Fluent in English

Very rigorous and KPI oriented (debtors)

Communication (internally and with customer) including clear reporting and synthesis
Strong team spirit and comfortable working with different cross-functional teams (ERP team, Sales, Logistic, SQA)

Accounting basis
Understanding of invoicing process and tax management
Some knowledge of EDI INVOIC system

Ideally knowledge of INFOR LN system (if not any other ERP)
