We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales efforts.

As a Sales Administrator at LaunchPad Lab, you will provide essential organizational support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will assist in creating impactful sales presentations and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive organizational support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing sales presentations to effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist in managing outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and resources.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide prompt and accurate responses.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings, including gathering relevant data and materials.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
