The company is looking for an energetic Sales Administrator to join a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our business clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the correct, accurate and timely input and maintenance of the information in the internal systems and platforms for customer and card management;
- Communicates with clients in connection with the administration of their cards and/or contracts, as well as with external companies for card printing;
- Responsible for archiving and storing information according to the internal rules and policies, including wholesale and fleet sales customers' contracts;
- Processes orders for fleet cards from customers - issuance, re-issuance and adjustment of cards in the internal systems according to customer requirements, and takes care of the smooth receipt of the cards;
- Tests new functionalities of the operating systems, gives suggestions for improvement and escalates any issues;
- Prepares daily, monthly and weekly reports related to the current card balances and the consumption of clients, as well as for invoicing of wholesale deliveries;
- Resets and recharges prepaid (debit) cards on a monthly basis for certain debit customers with a monthly limit;
- Submits requests to the finance department in connection with the correction of financial documents;
- Monitors and maintains the stock of Smile (plastic) cards in the Head Office and the Petrol Stations;
- Maintains a customer portal - creating customer profiles and approving requests;
- Makes outgoing calls to overdue customers;
- Registers every wholesale deliveries of fuel in NRA.
